Sabin Collision & Restoration

Restoration Process
Disassembly

All trim, mirrors, and other components are carefully removed to prepare the vehicle for restoration.
Stripping

Old paint is removed using methods like sanding, chemical stripping, or media blasting—chosen based on the vehicle's condition and material.
Metal work and fabrication

We remove rust, straighten panels, and clean all metal surfaces to ensure a solid foundation for bodywork and finishing.
Body work

Dents are repaired and panels are shaped to restore proper fit and alignment, ensuring smooth contours and accurate body lines.
Polyester primer

A high-build primer is applied to create a smooth, uniform surface and prepare the body for final sanding and paint.
Paint

After confirming the exact color with a test panel, the vehicle is carefully masked and painted for a flawless finish.
Assembly

All components—doors, trim, mirrors, and other parts—are reinstalled with care to ensure proper fit and function.
Quality control

A thorough final inspection is performed to ensure everything meets our standards before your vehicle is returned to you.
